Much appreciated an upgrade in room! Staff were all professional, courteous, personable and overall represented Hyatt as you would want. Although we did not eat in your restaurant, Jacob was helpful answering some restaurant related questions and overall excellent customer service focused!

The hotel was located in a very walkable area with easy access to transportation. The check in staff was awesome! Super friendly and personable. The breakfast buffet was good, but the price was ridiculous. Our room rate included the buffet, but I was still given a bill and was shocked at the price. $100 for three people. Absolutely not worth it. They did take it off my final bill because it was built into the rate. The hotel was quiet, but the walls are thin. The noise from outside (mostly sirens) was so loud I thought our windows were open (8th floor). The WiFi was atrocious. Help for that was a third party somewhere else in the world and it was not helpful at all. I was never able to access wifi on any of my devices, which was a bummer because I needed to work. For the price, this should not be an issue OR giving me access to one of the other Hyatt connections which were password protected would have been nice, but they wouldn’t.

Everything was great with this property except for it’s a little rundown from Covid. The pool still not open, but the staff was amazing. They upgraded us gave us a free lunch. I would recommend on the staff and the location alone

Property had good parking and easy to park and unload. We did do valet and they brought up all our bags. Check in was quick and nice. Our room was clean and nice with a pretty view of the city. Our flight was late so we enjoyed the hotel restaurant for dinner and good service. They brought up extra towels and pillows quickly. When we ventured out the valet gave my daughter a little lobster stuffy which was so nice. The hotel staff was very nice. Hotel was a good location. We could easily walk to Boston commons and freedom trail. Nice safe and quiet hotel for a family of 4
