The Pros: The location is great, and it is walkable to most of Boston, including restaurants, transportation, etc. The friendly and helpful staff, cleanliness, and value for the rate are also great.
Cons: Add $35 to any price you see for this hotel since they tack that on, per night.
The WIFI did not work well enough to use, for me. I appreciated that a manager called me and they left a message to follow up, but nothing worked for either device. My screens would time out. I talked to the front desk, was referred to a tech number which was a recording that hung up on me, was given a special sign-in that didn't help, and was given premium wifi for free, but I could not find a page to sign in using it. I also tried different browsers, cleared my cache, "forgot" the wifi, restarted my computer and phone, etc. I had to hotspot from my phone to work. I
I have a down allergy so I took the pillowcase off to see if it was down. I was disgusted with this pillow, which was so old that I couldn't even read the label. Every morning I woke up with itchy bloodshot eyes so I guess they are down?
