Great hotel close to the Opera House
We came down to Boston for the night to attend a show at Citizens Opera House, which is conveniently on the same block. The hotel service was good, and the hotel was clean. We will stay again.

Very clean. Assisted us with safekeeping our luggage until our room was available. Gentleman in street level lobby were very friendly and greeted us each time we came and went. Would definitely stay there again.

Not been in the USA or a Hyatt for more than 5 years. This hotel is very tired. Understaffed. Overpriced. And takes every last dime however they can.
