The front desk staff were especially friendly. We requested extra bedding and blankets and they were brought up to our room right away. The concierge made us feel welcome every time we came in and out. The room was very quiet, hardly no city noise even though we were right down town.

A+ for this Hyatt Regency downtown

From check in to check out we had an amazing weekend in Boston. Anthony the concierge downstairs was so helpful, friendly and really made our stay extra special. We got an upgrade on our room to a one bedroom suite which was so nice. Hotel location is so centrally located we could walk anywhere.

Found a mouse at the buffet while having breakfast

The building is OK, rooms are spacious. The third day at the buffet I saw a mouse in the middle of the dining area. I informed the waiter who did not seem surprised and did nothing to find the mouse. The hotel just offered me a room service snack bowl free of charge. The hotel is at the Chinese neighborhood, which is extremely dirty.

I loved my stay here! It’s perfect for a girls trip. The hotel gave us tokens for clam chowder and it was amazing. The room was clean and large enough to fit all of our things. The staff were incredibly kind. Especially the doorman. This hotel was located in the perfect spot. At one point we realized it was colder than we thought it would be. But lucky for us we were right down the street from a whole row of great stores. The hotel is a 4-6 min walk to two main subway stations that will make it easy for you to get around. And it feels very safe as the first elevator only takes you to the lobby and meeting spaces. The second elevator to take you to your room requires a key pass.

Quick getaway

We only stayed one night but it was a lovely hotel. We were able to upgrade our room for an extra $5 and ended up with a room on the 22nd floor with an incredible city view.

Better than the Big Apple!!!

Amazing location, Downtown Crossing subway below the hotel & so was Macy’s. Easy location to get all around Boston. Great for TD Gardens, only 3 stops. Restaurant had tasty food. Plenty of food options and shopping on the doorstep. Very good gym, located on the 6th floor. Rooms were spacious. Staff were all extremely friendly!

bo pool/undisclosed $35 destination fee???? c'mon

the room was clean and everything about the room was fine. I was really disappointed that the pool was out of order. I for sure would have chosen a different place because the main thing my life wanted was to swim. it would've been nice to know this in advance, but alas we received a very polite apology. also, a $35 "destination fee" charged to my card ... what is that? was the hundreds of dollars I paid for a hotel room not enough?
