Convenient location and friendly front desk staff

Front desk staff was very helpful. Got a room upgrade because the airport shuttle took an EXTREMELY long time to pick me up. I ate in the hotel restaurant. Food and cocktails were good, but the service was slow and inattentive. The room itself was comfortable. Hot water in the shower was hit or miss. High marks for being very close to the airport if you have an early morning flight.

Harbor hotel nice option but loud heating system

Hotel has lovely views and staff were all helpful and pleasant. Restaurant had nice menu and tasty choices. The heating/cooling system is very loud and when system kicks on in room as well as adjacent rooms and floors, very annoying and I could not fall back to sleep due constant noise. Airport shuttle was excellent

My 2nd time staying here after a late night flight into Boston. The shuttle is convenient and quick from the airport. Check-in quick and easy. The room is spacious and comfortable. Entire property well maintained. Would love to get a harbor view room one of these days! My go to place when I need a room before or after a flight.
