Spent one night in early January with husband and daughter. Lots of restaurants & bars in the area but we chose to take a cold walk to the North End. Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful when we asked questions about local transportation options & for additional blankets. Breakfast was great with freshly prepared foods, only wish it was open later in the morning!

Great place to stay right on the harbor. Within walking distance to restaurants, shops and the piers. The room was nice, staff was friendly and very efficient, and all amenities were terrific. I will definitely recommend and plan to come back.

We enjoyed our stay here at the Hyatt in Seaport Boston celebrating NYE. The staff were very friendly, the hotel was clean, and was conveniently located within walking distance to the Harbor.

Very disappointed in the breakfast fiasco. Having breakfast included was a factor in choosing this hotel and I've never seen such a line there was no way we could've waited and been on time for our event. When I reached out via customer service email provided it was ignored.
