The staff was great from the moment I checked in - very friendly, professional, personable, and even gave 2 free bottles of water every other hotel on the planet these days charges you $100/bottle for these days - AND choice of free wrapped ice cream treats - actually offered more than once! The housekeeping, though some places now have said to conserve they don't do stop ins until you leave unless you specifically request, OR, they do it every day or two, during check in, they ask - do you need housekeeping every day or every other day? I chose every other day, and when the staff was outside my door when I was going out, I told her, not even needed at that point, she still asked if towels or anything else needed. Very nice. Room - and BED - was clean. Overall hotel was nice, free parking, it's been redone again. Convenient location literally right outside downstairs is Legal Sea Foods, Ben & Jerry's, a chicken/sandwich place, & other little shops, in addition to being across from South Shore Plaza and close to major highways to go to Boston, the So Shore/Cape, etc.. Will stay again...

Great location near Boston

I like the Hyatt because of its location. Close to Weymouth where my son’s soccer tournaments are and no need to venture out afterward because there are multiple choices for food and coffee within walking distance.
