Whatever contractor finished the room shouldnt get paid. A lot of little things that would say this is not a $600 a night room.

Didn’t even get to step foot into my room spent almost 400$ for a night and they couldn’t accommodate parking for non valet I had to drive 3 hours back home definitely don’t recommend this place at all I’d never even attempt a room here again.

I really enjoyed how close it was to the subway system and just a small walk to Quincy Market. The location of the hotel was amazing. The room was a bit small and the bed was awkwardly placed close to the window which made it challenging to get on the bed from one side. Overall, we had a great experience.

The staff was extremely helpful, location was perfect for sites, food and entertainment, and located in walking distance to easy public transportation. Did not have to rent a vehicle or look for parking due to that!

when in Boston, especially near Faneuil hall and Td garden , i will not stay anywhere else. Very close walking distance to everything , beautiful lobby with all amenities. It’s a good hotel but it’s not on part to the other Hyatt centric’s. I have visited. This is basically like a three star hotel the other hyatt centrics are vibrant. The rooms are modern spacious and convenient. This one has nothing to do with all your other higher Hyatt centric it’s just like a rebranding and they did nothing inside
