The property set up looks like a hourly motel. There was a disabled abandoned vehicle sitting on the property with four flat tires. When I entered to check-in there was a bad odor also I felt rushed during check-in even though there was no one waiting to be next. Also I was not told room service is only for guest staying four or more days and it’s only upon request. I had to ask for clean towels ( which were dirty with hair hidden between the folded towels). The free breakfast was horrible ( old apples and stale muffins etc..you get you pay for “ free”). My room was $400 for two nights my family and I expected better. The Property is individually own and managed by Rina LLC “ using Howard Johnson/ Wyndham license “ I would NEVER stay there nor would I recommend anyone to stay there… EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED ☹️

This is my favorite hotel to stay at when I'm in the Boston area. It's really quiet and the stall always make you like you are staying at home. The rooms are very clean and spacious. It's my favorite spot when I'm up in Boston.

Overall, a pretty good hotel, but it has some maintenance issues. The laminated plank floor in our room was warping, so it was risky to walk around barefoot. Not just one plank, but the whole floor seemed to be coming unglued. Also, the handle on the shower faucet was not attached, just pushed onto the splines. Otherwise, comfortable and quiet - with those issues fixed it would have been 5 stars. The only other complaint I had was that there is no light on the outside sign, which is ground-mounted. We drove straight past the hotel in the dark on our arrival. That needs to be fixed.
