The hotel staff were top notch. The doormen could be a bit more engaged. The hotel is beautiful and rooms are well appointed. The only drawback is that there was construction in the lobby. It would have been nice to at least be notified of this disruption. This see.ed to have led to problems with the lobby elevator being frequently out of service. Overall it was a great stay. Suggestion to the hotel though, add another pillow to bed. So that each person has 2.

The hotel was under construction and the elevator didn’t work for at least one day. Despite all of that, I was charged an extra hotel or resort fee, which shouldn’t have been charged due to the condition of the hotel and the construction and constant noise that had not been disclosed ahead of time.
