The front desk staff were very personable. I loved that there was so much to do close by. The hotel was very clean, and all workers we encountered when walking through hallways were so polite and courteous.

The location was great being between Boston U and Northeastern while we visited schools, and having the T just below was an added bonus. The staff were super nice and rooms were clean and spacious. Would stay there again.

Large, attractive rooms with comfy beds. Staff super friendly and helpful. Complementary snacks available at front desk round the clock. Only drawback is no restaurant for breakfast. Have to order room service. The food is tasty but small portions for the price. Super convenient if going to Fenway. T stop right next to hotel makes it easy to get to other sites.

We stayed at Hotel Commonwealth to celebrate my partner’s 40th birthday. Everyone from the valet, to the front desk, to the bartender was enthusiastic, polite, and eager to be of service. The room was much larger than I expected for downtown and it was clear that the property was recently upgraded. Would stay here again and again!
