The staff were amazing!! From valet to front desk!! It was my daughter’s birthday and they were just so cute with her! They gave her a a little bear and a tiara! Defiantly gave her princess treatment! We had an amazing time, will defiantly be back!

The concierge offered an upgrade. When we went to our room it was exactly as described in the listing without upgrade. No hot beverage provided in room. No cold storage provided in room. Ventilation in the room was poor - it became smelly very quickly.

A Regular Returning Customer

I love this hotel and have stayed many times over the years. However, this particular trip my daughter brought a friend and we got the room with the pullout bed. The pullout bed mattress was terrible and possibly old. You could literally feel the springs when sit down on the bed, and it sunk in. The girls actually awakened daily with back aches from sleeping on the poor quality mattress. I would love to see that improvement. But love the location and love the oversized room with the pullout option. Great for families.
