I booked this hotel in hopes to take my son for a swim for his 5th birthday. The pool was ice cold because the heater was broken. Some gentlemen let us know beofte a e opened the pool to the door.... not when we booked or when we checked in. Anyways, hot tub was way to hot for him so that kind of set the tone for our night. Hotel was clean and the beds were comfortable. Staff was not helpful. Not going to get into every detail but i did simply ask for a couple things of butter and he said no. They do breakfast and im sure it wouldnt of been too difficult to accommodate that request. So i give it 3 stars. Very disappointed. :(

This hotel was wonderful. It was a nice calm escape after spending days in the city. The hotel is very well maintained and the staff are friendly and helpful. Our room was very spacious and had all of the amenities we needed. We felt safe at the hotel and in the parking lot.
