Worst hotel experience. Underage teens held a very loud party in the next room. Despite numerous texts (this is how the hotel prefers to communicate after hours) it took hotel staff until 3 a.m. to have the police clear put the party. I understand that teens will be teens, but the hotel’s response was inadequate for an obvious issue. Quiet hours are 10 p.m. We texted at 11 to complain and was told security warned them. Noise continued. We texted at midnight to complain. Security again warned them. Noise continued. Finally, after calls at 2 a.m. they agreed to break up the party. It should have been obvious it was an underage party after the second warning and broken up immediately or - at least warranting a regular patrol to make sure it stays under control. Loved this place. Stayed here at least 6 times before and loved every time. Not the same place and I will never use again.
