Wifi Should Be Free

This is a nice hotel - very clean, very convenient to town and the airport, of course. The common areas are tired and need refurbishing but the biggest disappointment was that you have to sign up to become a Hilton Honors member in order to get free Wifi. Really? Free Wifi is common in most of the hotel chains around the world.

By accident when booking on Expedia I ended up with 2 reservations. The staff quickly resolved the problem. The staff were extremely helpful and offered suggestions for a cab trip into the city. Highly recommended.

Stayed at this hotel because I had an early morning flight out of Logan. The checkin process was smooth, the room was very clean and cozy, the restaurant staff was friendly and the food was great. In the morning the checkout process was so easy and the walk to the airport terminal was just a few minutes in a covered and warm walkway (it was 12 degrees outside). Highly recommend staying here if you have an early flight if you don’t want any extra travel stress

Stayed here the night before an early flight with the kiddos - NO brainer! Parking (though VERY expensive) is right there, connected to the airport and there are shuttles if you can’t or don’t prefer the walk. Hotel was clean, staff was so friendly and the room was exactly what I asked for. We did room service from the restaurant to keep it simple and the food was ok but did the trick. Will absolutely do this again!

The Hilton at Logan Airport is very convenient but it definitely feels like there needs to be serious upgrades made. Our heater in our room didn’t work properly, nor did the ancient phone in the room when I tried to call guest services. The room was also very dusty and could have used a solid cleaning. The staff were all great though, so that is always a plus!

Just right

The best part of this stay is the proximity to the airport! The rooms are clean and well kept. The entire hotel looks wonderful. It may not be a 5-star hotel, but it’s perfect for travel.
