I made a mistake on my reservation. The 2 women behind the desk , one with the long dark hair and one with curly blonde shoulder length hair that helped me check in on May 28th around noon were amazing. They were able to solve the check in refund, rebooking issues and we were so grateful. we were there forr medical appt's and everyone was so helpful. will absolutely stay again. loved the robes and the restaurant! TY!

Pretty much everything was great. Only issue was the housekeeping knocking on the door and immediately opening the door while the do not disturb sign was on the door. Other than that, it was a great stay.

Kahina ensured that our trip to Boston was top notch and comfortable. She was kind and very accommodating. We traveled from Washington D.C. and she made us feel at home and welcomed. We were able to check in early so we could explore the town. The room was clean, the beds were comfortable and the location was a perfect distance from Faneuil Hall, North end… I highly recommend this hotel. All of the front desk staff should take some notes on Kahina’s professionalism and hospitality.
