When we arrived there was no one at the front desk. It took about 15 minutes for someone to come and check us in. When we got to the room, it smelled like a dead rat. We had to argue with the front desk in order to get the room changed. We asked for late check out but still had maids knocking on our door. The area surrounding is filled with drug addicts.

Yall need to have better parking places. You bait people to use the 225 dollar hold to force folks to use the parking lot. Aside from that I guess the place was cool.

Lots of homeless around the property. The property itself was very clean, pool was very clean and breakfast was AMAZING. Best hotel breakfast I’ve ever had in my life. Had a waffle bar, oatmeal bar, huge selection of pastries and more. Highly recommend.

The hotel is next to a hospital so ambulance sirens are constant. The area is also home to a large transient population that makes walking at night ill-advised. My biggest complaint is that the hotel does not enforce no-smoking rules. Our room smelled of smoke and it got worse when people in adjoining rooms lit up. It's a big safety hazard.

It was a soild stay, however we did ask the frount disk for a toothbrush since my partner forgot to pack theres. We were told one eould be sent up to our room but we never got it. Other than that its a good place to rest up

The property itself was fine , the building could use a bit more maintenance but nothing wrong with it . Only thing was that my room was facing the hospital and the windows provided barely any noise insulation . Every time an ambulance , cops or helicopter arrived or left I would wake up because of the noise.

Avoid this hotel at all costs! The entire night there was loud honking and sirens, and there is a large homeless population surrounding the hotel. We paid WAY too much to stay here and didn't get any sleep. Awful.

NIGHTMARE AT THE HAMPTON INN!!!!!
The only experience i was able to have was the night manager calling his security and had me thrown out into the freezing night because Hotels.com screwed up my reservation to your hotel. They called the front desk to try and get a resolution, but the manager refused to talk to them, until my husband called The Hamptons customer service, that was the only time they agreed to talk with Hotels.com about my situation. He simply said there is nothing he is willing to do to fix my problem. Then he had me thrown out into the freezing dark night, thousands of miles away from my home .At one point i was actually afraid for my life. It was the worst day of my life. That man should definitely not be representing any hospitality entity. Finally, around 5am in the morning, Hotels.com was able to find another hotel for me to lay my freezing head!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It was a nightmare. Something needs to be done about my situation. You also need to make sure that this never happens to any other potential guest at your establishment. Extraordinarily disappointing and scary!!!!!!

Our stay was great, met all expectations of what we needed from a hotel on our vacation. Continental breakfast was a very nice perk and the staff was consistently replenishing and putting out fresh food. It is noisy as it is on a busy street and very close to a hospital but that is not the hotels fault in my opinion.

The shuttle driver was great & very convenient. That gets 5 stars. Free breakfast was a plus, however, not enough to make up for the negatives. The area has a lot of homeless & drugs. We had booked 3 nights & only stayed 1. Would probably not stay there again.
