The hotel was ok and breakfast was also ok. But, they say they provide a shuttle service and when I called to book they said that the waiting time was going to be 30 minutes. I let them know we had a baby with us and they didn’t care, they showed up one hour later and didn’t stop. It started raining and had to take an uber and we got sick. They just said they were sorry. Also, no housekeeping at all and we stayed for three nights.

We were staying here to attend a conference and everyone got free parking if they drove to the conference, but we had to pay $20 a day because we were staying at the hotel! Also, the ice machine was broken and the pool was being repaired so we couldn't use it. Nothing around the hotel to walk to, limited dining. The staff was very nice however

Disaster fro. The start

Offered airport shuttle called 6 times waited 75 mins for shuttle out in Boston cold! Even drove by without stopping. Went downstairs for coffee and elevator got stuck on 6th floor. door would not open waited for what felt like forever. Never again

The room was clean and excellent very spacious and comfortable with all what's needed, the staff were hit or miss some kind and excellent service , but not all , when I checked in l asked why the free shuttle wasn't running but all the other shuttles were, told i needed to phone, which i had, then was rude towards me in the way the key card was basically given to me , Welcome to Hampton Inn.Next day had fantastic breakfast and asked reception if i could keepthe room until 2pm was told yes no problem excellent, At 1 pm received a call from reception if im not out of the room straight away it a $50 dollar charge

We felt deceived that there would be a $20 charge for parking. I asked night desk clerk where I should park. He stated that parking was available through the gates on either side of the building, just grab a ticket and he would validate it. Never mentioned any charge for parking. They say validation of parking slip is just so you can exit. Ludicrous! It’s a grift.
