Booked the Hampton Inn because they had long-term parking and shuttle service to Logan. Got there no room in the lot. Ended up having to find a place to park and take a bus to the airport. Then they charged me $30 to park for the night. No parking spots so I parked on the lawn.

Shabby. Broken elevator. Pool not working. The breakfast was terrible - weird egg omelettes and a bunch of other cheap food. Toilet did not flush right. AC unit sounded like a truck. Smelled bad. The worst hotel I have visited in 40 years. If I could give it negative stars I would. And it was $320 a night. I want my money back!!!!!!!!!

Nice little property to stay if you need to catch a flight at Logan. Across the road there is food and a supermarket. There is also long term parking. Only complaint is the shuttle for airport leaves every 30 minutes. Was waiting 45 minutes for my shuttle.

Good place to stay when have an event in Boston or need to go to the airport. Uber was inexpensive to commute to Boston downtown and back. Parking at the hotel maybe tricky as it is rented for a long term parking and the lot is pretty full. The front desk staff was very pleasant and accommodating. Breakfast was good with a lot of choices.
