Strong odour of perfume in the room which is not ideal for someone like me who has sensitivities with strong smells - scent isn’t as bad once you get used to it but was definitely too strong, also found an unopened condom between the bed and bedside table which was missed by the cleaning crew clearly. Check in was great though - amazing service from Jennifer! Not in central Boston but still would stay here again!

We appreciate the generous breakfast provided........ quality bacon; sausages; custom made to order omelettes! And thank you for the refurbished rooms; the over-all cleanliness including the the beddings and sheets "they don't smell" which makes them real comforting and relaxing to sleep in. The lay-out of the rooms interior design works!!!

The water temperature in the shower is very difficult to fix, it takes a lot of time for the temperature of warm water to stabilize and is very very hot.

Great stay. The staff was amazing, especially Cole. He was so friendly and helpful. I had concerns over a noise I could hear in our room. Cole had it checked out. Boiler noise, so he upgraded our room so we could have quiet. He also helped us with how to use public transportation to get around Boston and even suggested a couple of great pastry shops to check out. We were very appreciative of his willingness to help 3 older ladies make the most of their time in Boston.

We enjoyed the apartment style set up of our room. Especially pleased to see the ice making option in the freezer of the full size fridge. The bed was comfortable and the suite was spacious.

Completely OK. For $300 a night outside of town I would have expected better. The rooms are a little bit old and dirty and in need of renovation. Bit of mould in the shower, that kind of thing.
