Dirty
The first room was so bad with broken furniture and dirty that we asked for another room. The second room wasn’t better because the shower curtain had mold at the bottom. The hallway was dirty with pieces of paper and a bottle cap and it smelled like old food. The only reason I endured it is because I had an early morning and didn’t have the time to look for another hotel.

Eew gross!
It smelled, there was Mold in the bathroom sink, thin towels, dirty night stand, dirty and empty breakfast bar at 9(breakfast goes until 9:30) thankfully there was a guy there refilling everything. There were several guests waiting for that. I asked for more towels and the lady at the desk told me I had to come back later for them... They don't deliver to the room?? Also the phone on the room didn't work. Thankfully I was able to get the remaining two nights refunded (thank you hotels.com) and we booked elsewhere and was so glad I did.

Our room upon arrival was not ready the staff “had to check and see what one is clean”. I arrived after 5 and check in is stated 3 pm. Also the pictures on Expedia are not the correct depiction of the hotel. The cleanliness is horrible there is garbage and animal hair in the hallways. If you need a place to put your head for the night then it can do.

What I loved most about my stay at Extended was the professionalism and hospitality displayed by a staff member at the front desk named Rosey. Rosey went above and beyond to make sure that I was comfortable. Her genuineness and willingness to help everyone was very impressive. She was working all by herself, but had no problem multi tasking to suit the needs of everyone coming into the hotel. It was an absolute pleasure, thanks to Rose!!

Run down, under-staffed facility. We had several minor issues with the room and room keys… which is especially problematic when they don’t have the staff to address issues. Most of the dryers in the laundry facility weren’t working well. One of them destroyed several pieces of our clothing. Super loud neighbors, especially on our first night. “Breakfast” is snack bars and packaged muffins. Swimming pool is cemented over. Two-star hotel is a stretch for this facility.

The hotel is clean, with an easy to-set-up and fast WiFi. Front desk clerk very friendly, and professional. They (specifically Rose) react quick to meet guests needs. This stay was one of my best experiences so far in all hotels I use.

Its a fairly decent place to stay.
Room smelled like cigarette smoke and when walking down the hall you could smell weed. The room was comfortable. The front desk was very nice and helpful. It was a kitchenette so I was able to cook real food. It was a lil loud at times but quited down around 9pm.

I dont leave reviews but feel the need to share with others. 1. The room had a really bad smell. 2. There were dirty socks on floor. 3. The sofa was heavily stained. 4. the bedding was old and stained. 5. the pull out sofa mattress was horrible. 6. the free breakfast was a joke..basically tea, coffee and a muffin (thats it!). 7. the front desk is not always staff so hard to get assistance. I would not recommend this place to others.

Customer service was excellent. But the condition of the room was very poor, sheets had a blood stain, room looked dirty, and run down. No new towels were provided, we had to take down the used ones to get new ones. Overal the place needs lots of TLC

I do not recommend
Horrible smell as soon as you walk through door. Hallway and room smelled, I’m thinking it’s the carpet. I was booked for one night, prepaid for room and when I checked in the wanted a $100 deposit. This is my first time staying at an extended stay, I normally stay at Marriot or Hilton hotels and if I booked on hotels.com and prepaid for trip they still don’t charge a $100 deposit. I was trying to save money this time around since I was laid off and it’s only hubby working. Biggest mistake. Also, they requested the photo ID of every guest, not just the one whose name the reservation is under. We did not bother to try their breakfast. I won’t be going back there nor will I try any other extended stay and won’t advise my loved ones to either.

This hotel was amazing but not in a good way; more of a perplexing way. For what we paid, we weren’t expecting anything too nice but even with tempered expectations it fell short. First, you have to ask for bedding for the pull out couch. But the phone in our room didn’t have a dial tone so we had to go back to the lobby to ask for them. It seems like the phone should work. The employee that got the bedding for us said she would put in a work order. We will never know because we won’t be back. If we had wanted to use the kitchenette, we would have had to ask for pots, pans, and dishes. To top it off, “breakfast” was about four granola bars at the end of the serving bar. Nothing else. The morning employee said that was the normal spread. Fortunately, there is an Dunkin around the corner. If you choose to stay here, I hope you have lower expectations that we did.

It’s a nice area and place but it’s disappointing that you offer grab and go breakfast then don’t have it available 2 of the days. Also in the hallway a piece of chocolate and detergent cap laid there the whole time. Front desk staff is great and we did feel safe with all door entrances locked.

If I could give them zero stars I would. Stay at other Extended Stays never had such a terrible experience. First upon checking in a miserable front desk employee. Kitchen area outdated microwave old didn’t even have a spin plan plate. Night stands, cabinets falling apart. Lobby where you sit carpet disgusting dirty mind you it’s a pet friendly hotel carpet looks like it hasn’t been vacuumed in ages. Breakfast no spoons for instant oatmeal dare not ask staff with bad attitudes. Third day went to front desk for fresh towel I was meet with someone with a bad attitude again but gave me towels. The topper was when we ran out of toilet paper went to the front desk and was told rudely that they did not have any toilet paper. When checking there was a guy out of uniform on tablet so the only friendly young lady had to wait for him to get off it to check us out. The young lady asked about our stay I did express how horrible it was she politely apologized. The only nice thing about the entire stay.

In all of my experiences with travelling, this hotel was by far the worst one I have ever come across. I booked the room with my family one week in advance before driving the five hour distance. When we went to check in, we were immediately greeted with the receptionist saying "I am not checking you in." We laughed it off, thinking he was joking and we explained we already had a reservation, so the man whose name began with an "F" looked in the computer and said he did not have a reservation under the name we booked. We spelled out the name in case there was a mistake and explained we had the confirmation number to secure our booking and that is when he changed his story and he said "ah yes, I have your reservation here, I see the name now, but I do not have a room for you." Basically, he gave our room away since we checked in the evening and blamed Expedia saying they gave a room away they didn't have! The guy's attitude was very insincere and he was not sorry at all, as he blamed Expedia for the entire accident when there were still fifteen rooms left when we booked. As we were walking in, there was garbage littering the outside of the hotel (wrappers, bottles,cigarettes, etc.) and the inside floor was not clean at all. Very disappointed with the customer service and would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
