I got there after a 6 hour drive and just wanted to sleep. Front person was great. I got in put my food down and passed out. The next morning i woke up to GNATS all around me. In the bathroom, on yhe mirror, in the fridge, ON MY FOOD. explained this to the front desk and show the reps the pictures i had. They said the everything would be refunded. Thats 05/09. Its 05/22 and the stay still has not been refunded. If youre staying here PLEASE double the room before you fall asleep

Awful!

This hotel is run down. The rooms were old, dingy, & outdated. The staff were rude & aggressive. We were suppose to have a grab & go breakfast but the coffee was always empty & they only had chocolate muffins. The staff actually got mad at my husband when he asked them to refill the coffee. This place was awful!!

The hotel was in a great area. The check-in staff was rude. The rooms were dirty and they complained about when I asked for it to be cleaned. There was poop in the toilet upon my arrival. Old food in the cabinets and fridge when we checked in. They complained about not being given up fresh towels and sheets, and we were there for 4 days. The beds had stains, and the couch. We had to take out our own trash and turn in our own towels. Breakfast starts at 630am until 930am, which was good. However, by 7 am, there was no coffee or food to eat on all four days, and they were told that they were not refilling anything. I would never stay here again. The guests were friendly, and the outside of the hotel was very clean. THe hallway was dirty and you can tell they have not cleaned the walls or floors in my room or in the hallyways

My first room was missing the shower knob, there was paint on the furniture like someone had recently painted the room, so I had to switch rooms. 2nd room was ok. Not very clean. It was ok for what it was. The parking area seemed a little creepy. People sitting in the lot drinking and smoking hanging out, working on cars etc.

The receptionist is so imperious. She has not spend her time in the reception area. I have to waited about 30 minutes to see her for checking in. In additional, she charges me double price than the posting price in the website. She has not explained clearly why she charges much extra money; instead she pretends that she is so busy to elude. She warns me that whether I pay or I cancel this reservation to avoid the charge. I am so upset for this choice. I will never come back to this place anymore.

My room was kind of dirty when I checked in - countertops in kitchen and bathroom had dried on substances, the floor in kitchen area was sticky, inside kitchen cabinets had what looked like leftover crumbs and debris from the last guest. The staff was very helpful, and friendly, but this location seemed pretty short staffed. Consistently long waits at the front desk while staff was attending to other tasks and / or issues. Overall I’d rate at 3.5 stars.

Good, affordable stay in Boston area

Quiet and comfortable basic stay for 4 nights. Room and bathroom were clean. Bathroom sink drained slowly, but it worked.

Worst hotel I have ever stayed at! The shower had been used before we got there as it was still wet, there was a hole punched through the dry wall, the pull out sofa was stained brown and yellow, there were bugs in the bathroom, no hot water from the shower or sink, no complimentary breakfast like advertised and I was woken up at 1am to discover BED BUGS CRAWLING ON ME. I paid $120 for the night and I won't wish a stay here on my worst enemy. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!
