Was a nice stay the water pressure in the showers could have been a lot better and all during our stay there were kids? Running around and jumping on the floor above us. Other than that our stay was nice

When we booked, it said “breakfast included”. This is a very deceiving statement as there was only oat packs, small cupcakes and coffee that was so light and diluted, you can mistake it for tea. This is definitely not breakfast, this is barely a snack bar. And needless to say that we went looking for a restaurant to actually have breakfast and get some coffee. Also, there is no such thing as room service. The front desk explained to us that we should bring the towels down ourselves and ask to get them replaced. As a Canadian, it was too expensive a stay to what I actually got. For the same price in CAD dollars, I could have just booked one of the other known 4 stars hotels. A bit disappointed… lesson learned.

I paid over $300 for one night here. The room has water all over the floor under the cooling unit that we had to clean up. There were 3 of us; my husband, my daughter, and myself. We had a queen bed and pull out sofa as requested but there was no bedding for the pull out sofa and the staining on the pull out forces us to have her sleep with us (she's 11 and over 5 feet tall so this was very uncomfortable). The furniture was dusty and not in good repair and the "included brekfast" is packaged nutrigrain bars and things of the like; there were very few options so we went out to find somewhere to grab some coffee since we were exhausted and some food to eat. Just not a good value for the money and I was embarassed bringing my family there as we were on a trip checking bucket list items.

Al hacer la reserva solicité un early chech-in y teniendo habitación disponible me hicieron pagar una noche completa viendo que tenía una reserva existente. No hubo consideración al cliente, Solicité hablar con un gerente y esto nunca fue accesibles, la condición de su hotel fatales y las habitación nada al igual a las fotos en sistema. He estado en Hotel donde ofrecen desayuno complementarios de cortesía y son muchos más variados que ustedes. Nota luego de hacer el check-out solicité que el Gerente se comunicara conmigo para aclarar cargos que tenía duda y este nunca tuvo la amabilidad de comunicarse, en varias ocasiones he tratado de comunicarme con vía telefónica y nunca está en el hotel.

The room was dirty. The bathroom had holes in it where the handle used to be. The headboard had scratch marks on it like a dog had been innthe room previously. The microwave was dirty and had no glass tray in it.

The room was right next to the elevator so wecould hear people coming and going and the constant ding of the button. The people above us were very noisy it sounded like they were constantly jumping & moving furniture. The entrance door to our room was damaged and we had to really push on it to open it.
