The hotel was dated and dirty. Floors hadn't been swept, windows look like they haven't been cleaned in years. I had to change rooms twice because smoke alarms in adjacent rooms had dying batteries and they kept beeping. Restaurant crew during breakfast would pretend to clean with debris on floor and dirty tables. Plastic cutlery and stale bread was the best Hilton can do??? Its a running joke around town that this is the worst hotel in Waltham. I am now in on the joke.

The hotel was absolutely amazing and the room was very clean and spacious!! We were very happy with our room!! And the breakfast was great as well they have a lot of great options as well as a made to order breakfast omlette!!

Disgusting Hotel
I recently stayed at Embassy Suites Boston Waltham (Oct 17-20, 2024) in the Governor’s Suite and was thoroughly disappointed. For over $2,000 for 3 nights, I expected far better quality and service. The suite had several maintenance issues: a broken towel hook, dirty and stained carpets, a filthy microwave, and a hole in the wall. Basic amenities were missing—no shampoo or body wash in the bathroom, no coffee in the kitchen, and not even napkins or utensils available. We had requested a baby crib well in advance, but it arrived over an hour late, and without a fitted sheet, making it unsafe for our baby. Additionally, the breakfast area was a hygiene disaster. The trash cans were always overflowing, food and garbage littered the floor, and many food items had no utensils, forcing guests to grab items with their hands. I understand this is a 3-star hotel, but the level of cleanliness and upkeep was far below what I’d expect, even from lower-rated roadside motels. This experience was unacceptable for a Hilton property, and I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a comfortable or hygienic stay.

Rooms, ask for room near elevator (semi-handicap), was told I was near it, but not true, there was no towels in bathroom until about 8pm that night, I had one black office desk chair and one old wooden chair at the table, had issues with TV and called for service and they never came. Only had one coffee pad and no creamers and coffee pad were decaf. Breakfast was a total joke, stood in line for over 35 mins for breakfast, by the time we got our breakfast and when to make toast, etc. they were cleaning up, they should of extended the time due to the amount of people (guess there was school hockey or soccer group there. it was raining when we arrived and the day we left and there was no vale to take our luggage to our room or to our car after checking out, I at 72 had to do this all by myself!!!, the hotel was not worth, what we paid, Next's year event, I believe I will need to look at other hotels. With everything I write about this hotel, you should be embarrassed that someone has to write this type of review

This property is poor in comparison to most other Embassy Suites at which we’ve stayed. It is clearly time for a renovation. This might also improved a lack of positivity and pride which was absent from the staff. There are big things like outdated amenities, uncomfortable beds and peeling paint from the building facade to little things like dirty areas or tables in the center area only partially covered in a tablecloth. It’s fine….but needs attention and there is plenty of competition so next I will look elsewhere for my stay.

It is a suite so has extra room which is quite handy. The breakfast is good. And the staff is friendly. I have it 3 star on conditions because the room is a little outdated. But overall, it is very comfortable and we had a good rest.
