AVOID THIS HOTEL IF YOU DON'T WANT HIDDEN CHARGES OR CHARGES FOR THINGS YOU DIDN'T ORDER. I was charged for something I didn't order at the connected hotel bar. I inquired about it and was told that it was probably just an overcharge to account for a tip and that it would revert to the appropriate amount. After several days, it had not, so I had to call back. After several emails, it turned out that they had added a charge for something I didn't order. I was refunded but I would not have been if I hadn't followed up. There is also a "destination fee" as part of the booking. It's indicated on the initial booking as $100 and due when checking out. The hotel put a $150 hold on my credit card, which is normal, and when I checked out they told me I was all set and owed nothing, so I assumed they would just convert the hold into a $100 charge for the destination fee. Weeks after my stay, I saw a charge from the hotel for $116.52. I called to inquire and was told that was the destination fee plus tax, which was not indicated on the initial booking. Neither of these charges amount to much but they do leave a very bad taste in my mouth.

Not a bad place to stay by any means, however I found that the bed and pillows were very uncomfortable. To a point where it was difficult to go back to sleep and the warm water took longer than usual to kick in when taking a shower. The good part was that once the water warmed up it did stay warm. They charge you an extra $25 a night but return as a use it or lose it food and beverage credit. The drinks for purchase at the store were outrageously over priced $6 for a water so depending on what you got it was far from $25 worth from the store in the hotel. We opted one night for food and drinks at WXYZ across the street which wasn’t bad at all. If you drive in and want in and out privileges you need to valet your car otherwise if you self park and leave the lot in the back your going to pay another $50 when you return.

We were attending a conference at the Boston Convention Center. This hotel offered close proximity. The things I liked: It was clean, convenient, offered parking and breakfast. I felt the price was a little high for what I got. The room was on the small side and was 54 degrees upon arrival (brrr). We could easily walk to the center which was nice, the breakfast was decent ( but could be better), staff was great. One night we did not have hot water (???) but we weren't showering just using sink. This could be because they were full (the conference had 10,000 attendees so most area hotels were fully booked. I would stay there again if going to the convention center.

It was nice that they had an espresso machine 24/7 for our use. The breakfast buffet was very nice. The room was very large and had full refrigerator and stovetop. Didn't use them but was nice to see. Bathroom was spacious. Carpet was a little old but bed was very comfortable

We had a suite with a kitchen space. It was very nice and very clean. We really appreciated the extra space for the large couch that was in the room and the huge closet. The bathroom shower was large and wonderful as well. We recommend! Oh and breakfast was great!

Perfect for a night stopover
It was really only a short stopover but the room, especially the bed was really comfortable and the breakfast exactly what we needed after our flight from the UK and late arrival. Easy to get to from the airport as not too far from the Silver Line stop.
