Hotel room was filthy. You cannot clean the bathroom floors with tack paper. The couch in our room was stained with God knows what. My sheets had yellow marks on them and house keeper was reluctant to change sheets when requested.

The room wasnt cleaned well. We needed towels and called the front desk to request some. They never came. Had to call again the following day. Hours later they brought some. The soap and shampoo bottkes in the shower were empty. I Honesty would not recommend this hotel. Ive never had an issue with Doubletree before. I was just a little disappointed with this one

The room was poorly kept. Dust everywhere and things were visually dirty. I check my bed for bedbugs. That’s how dirty the room felt. I wanted to switch rooms but because we are a family of 5 another room would not accommodate us. The staff were very polite and did try to help us which I was grateful for.

My room had a huge bug over my bed i had a cleaning lady come in to clean it and we have a fly in the room the whole time i bet its still there! The tub had pube hairs, the rooms were so loud from other people we could hear everyones conversation we hardly slept! The plugs didnt work they were all loose! The front receptionist that was working today this morning was so damn rude! She didnt let me finish my sentences without her rudely saying NO! Over the phone she didnt want to work around to accommodate us. Online it says different times for close by activities and its all false the early check in and late check out are false advertisements online because you tell them and she was a witch about it ! I am sad that i paid my money to stay here never again! Didnt even let us go in the pool ! Im am angry! And would like a manager to contact me.

It was a good stay. Was hard to use pool due to closing early and would be nice to make a courtyard to relax outside. Smoking area was right next to front door. So very intrusive. There is plenty of areas away from door to make a smoking/lounge area

The room was very spacious. My kiddos loved having their own beds, and hubby and i like having a bit of privacy. We were surprised and pleased when we found out we had a balcony. The TV was a tad bit annoying as it scrolled on its own and wasnt very fast. The only issue we found was there was no elevator to the 2nd floor and if you had a side room you had to carry it up a flight of stairs. Also the side door did not have a handle on the door so if it was shut tight you had only one entrance into the hotel and it was all the way around to the front of the building then you had to treck all the way to your room. COOKIES WERE DELICIOUS AND WARM.

Everything was great until we were woken up by the screams of children just at 7 am. We were there on vacation and didn’t know they put us above a daycare. We were startled out of sleep by the screams of a child then joined by many kids yelling and crying as they were outside playing. Although, we love children we love our rest and ability to sleep in on our vacation. Had we been notified that they were on top of a daycare we would have chosen a different location. Other than that the hotel was clean and comfortable.

As soon as we opened the door, the smell of old stale fragrance smacked us in the face. The phone didn’t work. Bathroom fan didn’t work. The room was HOT. Most of the outlets didn’t work. Couldn’t take towels from the pool back to the room- froze our butts off dripping wet. Breakfast was reasonably priced and actually very good. The decor is dated and the room is dim. For the price we expected perfection.
