My stay was not good at all , once we checked in and received our keys we went to our room and the room was so cold to the point they put a space heater in the room , the carpet had crumb and debris on it it was a mess of a stay .

Excellent location. Walking distance to anywhere interesting in Boston. T-station next to the hotel. Several and diverse dining options nearby. Very good service. Comfortable and clean beds. Old but adequate and clean bathroom. No window view but we didn't care as we wanted to visit Boston and used the hotel for sleeping only. Good value for money.

Great staff , fine stay

The staff upon reception was exceptional and the warm cookie was a nice touch…especially for my 16 year old. The room was fine and basic. The shower was odd because the showerhead was about 4 feet from the base of the tub. Good thing we are all pretty short. The drinks at the bar were quite pricey but quality and good selection. Centrally located and walking distance to many good sites

Great location to visit many areas of downtown by either a short walk or quick ride. We were visiting as a family for a sporting event being hosted at Harvard; we loved staying in the city and being able to walk to lots of dining options. The convenience of a Starbucks in the lobby and the hotel restaurant (Wisteria) were also nice bonuses. We would choose this hotel again. Great value with the exception of the overnight parking ($59/night); we parked our car elsewhere and walked.
