Unfortunately there was a cheerleading competition and we were on the same floor where there were dozens of young girls screaming and running up and down the hallway until 2am. We had to call front desk to complain.

Room itself was decently clean. Beds were comfortable. The rest of property was a mess. Pool area and gym weren’t picked up- cups everywhere, not cleaned from the day before, used gym towels left over all the equipment, the pool never had fresh towels stocked and we had to keep asking the front desk to bring more. Hallways were dirty. Breakfast was chaotic. Long lines with only one person working. I do, however, appreciate the generous options/drink choices they added with the breakfast if purchased upon booking.

Terrible experience
The room was clean and descent size. We got charged for $75 for pet fee..I mean are you serious? Who charge this amount of money for pet? I always pay for $25, and I travel a lot. This was a big disappointment. Also, the service at Starbucks in the lobby was terrible. It was a long line, only 2 people was working at register, same person did a coffee, the sandwiches...we were waiting 15 min to get our food. It was a worst experience ever, especially with over charged me. In the washroom through the air grill we heard clearly people talking above us or somewhere around us. I have never had this experience ever, especially with Marriott.

Enjoyed our stay and will stay again. I would recommend a bell at the front desk for the morning shift as both mornings the desk was unattended for a long length of time but besides that we really loved it here.

Housekeeping upon request only. We requested housekeeping everyday and they never vacuum our bathroom floor. My hair is always there. They only replace your towels and fold your bed. Tissue box ran out and was not replaced… otherwise the room is great

We came to Lowell to see Celtic Thunder. The room was quiet, clean and comfortable. We were amazed to discover it was 11 am when we woke up. That never happens ❣️we could have missed checkout time. Never thought to set an alarm with a noon check out😂 It was just what we needed. Thank you
