Although not in a commercial area, this hotel was beautiful. It was obviously fairly new and everything was so clean. The staff were amazing. This hotel would not be good for tourist reasons but for work and staying when travelling through it works very well.

Long wait to check in
We arrived around 10pm. The front desk was deserted. No one was around to check us in. We had informed ahead of time of our arrival. We waited well over 20 minutes on line to be checked in. A line formed behind us with ever more restless guests. The person who showed up did not offer any explanation for the delay nor did he acknowledge the long wait time.

Housekeeping was requested online as well as in person everyday. One day no one came to clean the room, another day they just replaced towels. Did not even clean the room or made the bed despite requests put in by front staff. We were there for 4 nights and housekeeping seems to be a struggle. Breakfast place gave us the wrong order despite waiting for 20 minutes the morning of our departure. May be they need to staff the facilities properly.

The level of customer service provided was exceptional. The location was easy to find and the room was very clean and comfortable. The room was quiet, we never heard any noise from adjoining room. We were very pleased!
