Did not care for the check-in process. Despite having a staff at the reception desk, they require check-in at a kiosk that requires several entries to be made including email address. It felt like self-checkout at CVS. And the process needed to be repeated upon check-out! No app or digital key was made available to simplify the process. The room was small, cramped, and poorly laid out. It felt like a poor renovation of an ancient space, rather than one that was laid out efficiently in the first place.

The staff were great! We accidentally booked the wrong date on a non refundable and they were kind enough to help us resolve this issue. The rooms were great. Very convenient location. 2 minute walk from our parking garage. Parking garage was great, only paid $18 for the day and overnight. Also, conveniently there is a restaurant/bar with great food attached to hotel.

Condition was acceptable but not outstanding. Location very close to downtown attractions. Good access to transit.
