The bed mattress was not as comfortable as other CM’s we’ve stayed at in the past including BackBay and couldn’t connect to the TV to stream.

It was my second time staying at the Citizens M North Boston. It’s such a unique boutique hotel with wonderful amenities and a cool bar area. The location couldn’t be any more convenient, right next to TD Garden and tons of restaurants. Will definitely be staying there again.

I love staying at the M! Great location, cool vibe, and a comfortable room! We went to the Bruins game and had a lovely night cap at their casual bar before retiring for the evening. I wish I could have slept in with the blackout shades down and super comfy bed!
