Unexpected gem! Despite the smaller room size, there is everything you could possibly need. The staff is very friendly and helpful as well. Buffet breakfast is yum and convenient. The location is perfect for walking and being a tourist or for going to the games) concerts and getting some rest. Well done! Looking forward to exploring other CitizenM stays.. NYC and Miami are next

Nice stay
Loved the hotel. But I did have to change rooms due to a bug I found on my pillow. The front desk were prompt to get me in another room and apologetic. The new room was better. Amazing view. Literally next door to food court. Walking distance from everything. Nice aesthetic. Nice stay for a solo trip or if attending concert/game. Arena next door. Will stay again.

Super great vibe at this hotel. The modern and eccentric decor add such a great touch to this hotel. At first I did not know what to expect since I noticed the rooms were only 150 sq ft. But boy oh boy I was pleasantly surprised. The room is small but so intelligently designed. You will not be disappointed. I wouldn’t recommend it for very young children. We travelled with two teens and they enjoyed the board games and ease of the location to the rooms.

The location was awesome! So much to do in the area, Hotel was so nice and modern! Super clean! Very friendly staff! Easy and quick check in and out! The only problem was that the thermostat didn’t go below 64.

For my 10 year anniversary, they went above and beyond, putting flowers in my room and giving me the topmost floor. I'd only stay in Citizen M from here on out!

The sign in was like nothing I had experienced before. All computer and you check in all on your own. We did get help...but wow was the first thing we noticed. A super cool property right next to the TD Garden. The atmosphere in the evening where couples and friends playing super cool games and having a glass of wine at the bar area. We dd not have breakfast but it looked awesome. The room is very sleek but cozy and the tv to the blinds are done on an I pad...cool! We will be back.

I selected this property because I was attending the Rod Wave concert at TD Garden next door so it was super convenient. However, the room was really small. I didn’t like it was no parking & they didn’t offer any discount parking options for nearby garages. I waited awhile to checkin. Bar didn’t accept cash at all which was a bit strange as most hotel bars accepts cash. Staff was friendly. Overall good stay.

Terrible check in experience, customer service is poor.. had to book an additional room but staff redirected me to book thru their website because they said the price was different in person. Prior to booking this hotel i called the number on the website to ensure i can upgrade to a bigger room to sleep 3 and the rep. Confirmed they had a room that fits 4 but in perosn they asked me to book a 2nd room for 1 person or lose my money for the first room book thru travelocity. The rep. Didnt finish helping me when she's moved on to anyone else that areived after me. She also mentioned that my sexond room would not have a view if i didnt upgrade to premium and it did have a window view just not to the city buildings.
