I had an incredible stay at CitizenM and highly recommend this hotel! From start to finish, everything exceeded my expectations. The location was perfect—close to everything, making it easy to explore and even fit in some shopping. The room was modern and comfortable, and I loved having everything controlled through the iPad—it made the stay even more enjoyable. The atmosphere was so relaxing, and I had one of the best nights of sleep in a long time. The buffet breakfast was fantastic, and every staff member I interacted with was kind, helpful, and genuinely engaging. Their hospitality made the experience even better. I am shocked by the affordability! I got an amazing price on my stay. Without a doubt, I’ll be staying here again on my next visit. Thanks for an amazing stay, CitizenM!

I love this place!

CitizenM in Back Bay is not only beautiful and looks like what you see in their pictures, it's clean and spacious in the common areas near the restaurant. I really enjoyed the room as well. It's not a large room, but it's great for a solo traveler and I had the most restful sleep there. This was such a great experience and the hotel's location is not far from restaurants and cafes. I am looking forward to staying there again soon.
