Great Back Bay Location

I enjoy staying at this hotel when I am in Boston either seeing family or on business It is small and comfortable. Great location and easy access to the T, shopping and restaurants.

Hotel in great location but rooms need a bit of TLC. And breakfast could be better, haven't stayed there in years but there used to be oatmeal and bagels as well as pastries.

Buena ubicación y habitación. La puerta del baño no cerraba, las paredes son muy finas y se escucha todo, nos despertaron varias veces durante la noche. Reservamos Queen bed y nos dieron double. El desayuno es un croissant y un té.

Everything from the service to the cleanliness of the hotel was exceptional. The hotel was at the heart of Boston with walkable destinations but was close to public transportation as well. Will definitely be staying here again when I’m back in town.

Charlesmark Hotel is a gem across from the Boston Public Library. The vibrant neighborhood vibe and unlimited options for dining and shopping require a return to this charming boutique hotel. Yes - the complimentary coffee and croissant this morning was splendid!

Perfect location for sure.Rooms are very small and we literally faced a wall. But we changed it to a lovely view by just paying a bit more. Lovely staff,helped us with anything. Parking available nearby,and affordable.
