Definitely the best stay I've had in the Boston area! We got an upgrade to a suite which meant the world to us, and Chris at the front desk was so kind and made us feel like we were more than welcome! Such a wonderful establishment, the room was clean, the premises were veey well maintained, and the location was great!

Staff was helpful and polite, not much for parking around hotel other than valet or parking garage couple blocks away. Hotel room was on smaller side, but very comfy and cozy. Lighting inside the room was very minimal unless window blinds were open. Alot of areas to explore near the hotel and the Train ways directly across the street which was nice to get to diffrent areas in boston. Their breakfast was pretty plain and boring though, only a few types of bagels, small cereal cups and coffee, tea and hot chocoloate. Was hoping they had some filling food options instead of having to go somewhere else for food. Hotel was clean besides air vents inside room were pretty dusty, wouldn't take more than 2 min to clean them with a duster. The ONLY real "issue" i had was questions about paying for valet, one front desk employee told me to speak to valet about it, so i did and they couldn't answer. So later that night after coming back from a hockey game, spoke to the front desk employee about how to pay for valet and was given atleast 2 if not 3 diffrent answers on how they bill you for valet and was told to bring it up in the morning when we check out, just to find out they already charged my card after i informed them about wanting to pay a diffrent way with cash or diffrent card. Communicaton can definitely become better on their end. No complaints besides that. I would stay there again.

Great hotel, terrible parking service
Room was terrific! The parking and valet was BAD. I was told to give the valet 15 to get the car, so 20 minutes before we had to leave I texted that i needed our car. A little more than 10 minutes later I received a text saying it would take 30 minutes for a total of 40 from my original request. In the end we waited 45 minutes and were 25 minutes late meeting at a restaurant. Very frustrating!!

Our stay included a continental breakfast which was an unexpected bonus. We really appreciated having valet service for our vehicle so we did not have to find parking options. Overall, a great hotel.
