There was nothing about this property that sticks out. It may be a Mariott but it was the equivalent of the Days inn to me. The rooms were small, the veiw not what was stated. The service was slow and my interaction was off putting . Upon check in he asks the white blonde lady next to me, checking in or checking out? Turns to me and says what are you doing here? Im not one of those ppl but it was very much like excuse me. Then the same thing happened at the Valet. Im waiting my turn and white male comes out and the immediately rush up to him and say sir how can I help you. My husband had to say hey excuse me we are waiting. The main valet guy saw this interaction and came over and helped. I wish I knew his name because he was the best part about the hotel. I picked this hotel because we were here for titanic expo and the kids wanted to swim. Pick ANYWHERE else. ANYWHERE. We are coming back next weekend for the blue man group and I will not be staying here.

The most amazing weekend. Walking to the Northend for dinner under the lit up Valentine's archway. Fantastic location, could also jump right on the subway. The hotel felt luxurious and the staff was so super friendly and courteous.
