The water view was awesome!

This location is close to Fanueil Hall and the Garden. So close to Little Italy which was perfect for dinner and late night snacks.

Upscale Minus Some Cleanliness / Maintenanc Issues

Lovely hotel with an upscale but friendly atmosphere. There was some less than 5 star cleanliness in the shower with the show head being broken, the seals on the door allowing water all over the floor and paint peeling on the shower ceiling. A shame as otherwise it was an upscale property

The restaurant was very limited - and when asked to make a certain modification to a menu option, for some reason, the restaurant would not when it was a very easy and reasonable request. If the restaurant meet my very simple request, the dish would go from $20 to $40, for a simple poke bowl. Also, the hotel would not accept my e-gift certificate from American Express for $500, claiming that “American Express was not paying them [the hotel])” - I NEVER heard of such a thing. I’m going to call American Express and discuss this accusation with them. The salon, Exhale, was very nice though. Having to pay extra for a mini fridge is absurd!! I would not stay at The Battery Wharf Hotel again.

Wonderful stay! Lovely room that was quiet, comfortable with a harbor view. The location is wonderful, near the water in the North send, close to wonderful restaurants, Boston sports (we were there to see the Celtics) and tourist attractions such as Faneuil Hall. Particularly wonderful was front desk staff person Dorothy who helped us check in early and ensured that we were happy & settled in at the hotel. We can’t wait to return! Thank you!

Easy and lovely, what more can you ask for?

A quick one night stay in the city for a party, and this was a perfect choice! The hotel was super convenient to our destination. It was also nice and clean and loved the water views. Parking was a breeze with the valet, the Check-in was quick and easy with the friendly front desk personnel. Had a good nights sleep, breakfast was yummy and economical and even had a relaxing bath prior to a reasonable noon time check out. Thank you Battery Wharf Hotel.
