I am writing to express my disappointment regarding a recent experience with a trip I had planned to Saudi Arabia. Unfortunately, I was unable to obtain my visa in time, which forced me to cancel my travel plans, including my hotel reservation. Despite reaching out to both the hotel and Expedia to request a cancellation or modification, I was unable to receive any form of accommodation or refund. I understand that policies are in place, but given the unforeseen and uncontrollable nature of the situation, I had hoped for a more flexible and understanding approach—especially from brands that are known for their customer service. Due to this experience, I will be reconsidering future bookings with Expedia and IHG. I strongly urge you to review this matter and consider offering greater flexibility for travelers facing genuine difficulties. A more accommodating policy would go a long way in preserving customer trust and loyalty.

It was a really nice, clean property with friendly staff. Unfortunately, the rooms were noisy to sleep.. the air conditioner clanged all the time, and the bathroom fan was loud and annoying .. If those were fixed, it would have been very enjoyable.

Stayed at the hotel at a decent price during a busy graduation weekend. The hotel is very clean and functional. Nice to have complementary cafee/tea in the lobby. Overall we were satisfied with the stay, even though our room face the busy motorway was noisy.

Decent hotel very close to the airport, within 5 min drive from revere beach (beautiful) and several nice restaurants.. Chinese, el salvadorian and Greek. The staff is great. Friendly, knowledgeable and helpful

Paying for parking is unnecessary and should not be extra when you have a room. Breakfast was great!! Great room service. Rode noise on that side of hotel was significant.
