Property was beautiful! Room was clean and stunning. However the man at the counter by the name of Carell was RUDE. After driving for 3 hours to get to the hotel, without even uttering a word to him at the counter.. he was just very short and dismissive with me. Not the face you want to be greeting your customers with.

I never leave reviews but I think it’s important to share that this was a terrible experience as far as the staff’s service. Stayed for 3 days 2 nights, never got our room cleaned once. We actually called to ask about housekeeping and were met with a rude and condescending attitude, and told they only clean “every other day”, which is…wild. They sent someone to “refresh” the room and he just brought towels lol. We had to beg him at least take the garbage out as well. When we asked about beddings and if our beds will be laid, the staff member we spoke with on the phone said the most they could do for us if we were so pressed about it was to have someone bring us beddings, but we would have to lay the bed by ourselves. What in the world? This is absolutely ridiculous and made for a poor experience, particularly disappointing from the Marriott. There should be standards set. At no point could this employee point us to this “every other day” policy by the way. Won’t be back.

Because I booked third party, I was not given the room I booked. The view was awful, the outlets don’t work, the beds were not clean. It was fine for one night but will not be coming back.

Our room was above the loading dock for the near by Whole Foods, it was loud, starting very early. Also the fit and finish of the hotel seemed low, the flooring seemed like snap together pre finished flooring, low key, not great.
