Not a hotel.
No one works here. Don't plan on any flexibility with 4pm check in and 11am check out times. You can't leave your bags there, you can't get in until the code works. And there is no one to communicate with. They clearly want to lower expenses at the cost of the experience.
Luckily the cleaning staff does a great job and tries their best to compensate for the cluster that the inflexible policies create.
This could definitely be advertised more accurately.
The room was clean and pleasant. My fiance and I were in town for a concert and we noticed the temperature in the room wasnt going down after setting the thermostat to cool. We tried contacting concierge, who is not on the property, and they sent a video to do what we had done already and said to wait half an hour. This was around midnight. Staff wanted to communicate via email instead of staying on the phone to make sure the problem got solved. It never did, we ended up opening a window so we could get to bed at a reasonable time.

Absolutely wonderful stay! All the necessities and right in the middle of the city.
We loved that the room was new and had everything we needed. Area was also great, close to shops, restaurants and bars. The only disappointment was not having a place to drop off our bags

Clean and nice but super noisy outside. Couldn’t sleep
The representative was very attentive and resourceful to a phone-in request to check-in a couple minutes early.
He alleviated my concerns with his response and solutions. Excellent person!
The one thing was the television, there was only one channel available with Basketball. We could have loaded in our apps like Netflix but that would have cost money. Otherwise a good place to stay.
