Another chance much better.
I decided to give it another go due to room pricing in the area. The elevator was working going up. 3rd floor going down was still not working but i slept well. Room was very clean. Clerk was much friendler this time I think it was the same one! Value/Price/Comfort 4/5 I would stay again for overnight business trip.

Front desk was very nice. It was nice and clean. The only problem i had was the elevator haa been out for over a week or two. The first week i waa on the 4th floor and last week i was on the 3rd floor!

What I didn’t like about this hotel was that elevator wasn’t working we had to carry our luggage up to the 4th floor. Then it advertises “breakfast included” waffle machine didn’t work it was basically coffe milk and donuts. Then the train passes next to the hotels parking lot you can feel the room moving. Front desk are not very welcoming.

Elevator wasn’t working. The room next to me had a dog barking for hours. I have fees for each night added to my prepaid stay I don’t know what they’re for.

Rooms nice, surroundings noisy.
The room was clean and bed was very comfortable. My only complaints- the front desk clerk seemed irritated when I asked clarification about the hotel holding a deposit on my card. I was signing a paper that said they would hold a deposit, and she was saying that there wasn’t a deposit. So you can imagine my confusion. She seemed irritated to have to answer any questions. Also, random banging on my door on 2 separate mornings when I was trying to sleep that couldn’t be explained.
