Very clean property

Upon arrival property looked very nice. Check in was simple and easy. Room was very clean and bathroom stocked with toiletries and towels. Also, it was extremely quiet. I couldn't hear anyone in the halls with the air conditioner running. Overall it was a great stay.

Property was updated in some areas, but work was very poorly done. Shower surround not attached to the wall, doors not closing properly, paint peeling from doors, drywall/paint/outlets not in good repair. Lower budget facility for sure, but it was clean and staff were friendly.

Breakfast was little to non-existent. There was a waffle iron, but no more waffle mix. Pastries, instant oatmeal, oranges, and/or cereal were available. They also had coffee with limited cream or sweetener options.

Well it is bare minimums. It was cheaper then other options which is fine for a quick overnight but the pillows sucked i can make pancakes fluffier. Couldnt find outlets by bed. The bed itself was ok. Room was clean and smelled ok. But loose doors and cosmetics and such were lacking so to be honest it should have been cheaper still. Minimum breakfast. I dont mind a small hot

The plug under the table between the bed was impossible to reach. The rack in the closet was too high and not reachable. Pillows were flat and not comfortable.

Do you like smelly rooms with rude workers?

Room was smelly, smelled like mildew and there were blood stains on the seats and floor. I was told "its a cheap hotel you shouldve stayed somewhere else". I have never had this experience upon many visits here. This will be my last Microtel Bossier City visit.
