Not what I expected for first visit

Waited in line to check in, got my key went up to the room, just to see that it was not ready, and there were no sheets on the bed and pillows were tossed all over room and a surprise left in the toilet.

Not a good stay

Room was not cleaned from last customer stay. Towels on the floor and bed not made. Air conditioner didn’t work.

Good property, nice casino and games. Went Friday after check in around 4pm. Couldn't find waitress anywhere, and once we did were told not her section took over an hour to get drinks, they were not busy at all but solely concerned about people at tables not machines. Room was nice, big, clean except bathroom. Toe nails and dust bunny's all under the sink in bathroom. Sink covers in tiny hair from someone shaving. Will definitely revisit casino but not pay so much more then other places for a room. I definitely had better experience staying and playing at Sam's town. Awesome waitress, clean, no toe nails, or dust bunny's

It is easy to get to from I-20. However, there is a lot of highway work at this time on I-20. The staff is very easy to work with, and the property has been remodeled. We didn't use the restaurants, but there are several on-site.

Day from hell

When i checked in i already paid for my stay the people said they tried to run thr card it was denied i spoked the company and the card was only good for 24 hr and that they had already paid it so I and the company spoke over a hour back and forth with Charles that my stay was already paid he kept saying it had not been paid but it was crazy when I got there and gave the first person my name she told me it was paid i quess she tried to run that card and denied because it not valid card so then i gave him my bank card since he said i had to pay to stay he then he said it denied and I said that not right i had just used it so I gave him my credit card and it worked so I could finally go to my room so finally the next day i went down to restaurant and as we crossing the lobby Charles yelled at me across the lobby and wanted to know why gave bad review 1st of all did not know realize i gave it to about the hotel so later that day got looking at all my accounts and realized that it looked liked i had three accounts set up to pay for this visit so I was so stressed i went down and spoke with manager and her name was Messa she was very sweet to help to that she look over everything and got things straighten out we were there to celebrate our 30 year anniversary and it was our biggest nightmare but she did make a little better I will say I will never go back there

Typical nickel and dime money grab. Look for all the fees before you eat or drink. "Resort fee" for what?? Pool is not even finished. No room service. Valet takes forever. Nothing for kids to do. Contract and construction people everywhere. This place opened too soon. Way too many kinks to workout. Call or do research before going! I feel sorry for front line staff having to deal with this lack of organization.
