Nice but small.

Bordeaux easy in town hotel. Modern and clean but very small room. Did have a patio and tiny kitchen.

The hotel is good and functional, convenient location just minutes from the city center. The room was clean, and even though we arrived super late at night, the staff was kind and welcoming, which we really appreciated. That said, I had booked a room for three people, and the hotel informed me ahead of time that the sofa bed wouldn’t be made, but they’d leave clean sheets and duvet. The sofa bed itself was really uncomfortable and cramped. I could actually feel the metal bars through the mattress, which made it tough to get a good night’s sleep. There’s also no elevator if you are staying on the first floor, not ideal if you have heavy luggage.

Conveniently located close to tourist areas. Very quiet except for inconsiderate guests that come in late and noisy. Very small room. Very impersonal interactions. Environment quite sterile.

StayCity was a vibrant hotel with kind staff, and good amenities. We used the gym and laundry with little to no wait times. We were happy with the size and cleanliness of our room, and the availability of coffee pods/wine glasses/openers. The hotel was near transit, and nightlife. Overall very happy with our stay!

The staff were really friendly and helpful. It is close to the old town but far enough away for some peace and quiet. The self catering facilities were well thought out so saved on eating out all the time. However eating out all the time is really a good thing to do in Bordeaux. So many different eateries and reasonable prices. Beautiful architecture and such a chilled vibe. Would definitely stay here again.
