Mostly good but could improve two important things. Entrance is not intuitive and upon arrival I entered the building through the doors immediately after the gates - which happens to be the restaurant. The Morimoto restaurant staff must see this frequently but they don’t offer guidance despite many staff seemingly unoccupied. Too eco-conscious. They did not change towels left on the floor or replace toiletries when clearly empty.

Beautiful new hotel, very friendly and attentive staff, great breakfast buffet, air conditioning in a very hot week worked very well. It takes a 9 minute walk to catch the Metro B to get to all major places and restaurants in 5-15minutes. We can only recommend!

A beautiful, clean and luxurious hotel with a wonderful spa and pool area served by extraordinary helpful and friendly staff and the restaurant was out of this world. Our dining experience, the service, the food and the wine selection were totally delightful and outstanding. This was a memorable experience and intend to come back on a future trip to Bordeaux. We are Canadians and we highly we highly recommend this hotel.
