Property is beautiful and staff are incredible. It is a 15 minute walk into the main area of Bordeaux however if you plan to visit wineries and are driving yourself, this is a wonderful option as you can park your car here which isn’t an option at the hotels in the centre de ville. 5-star experience.

Ok. It's a nice place. My wife gives it 5 stars I give it 3 based on what I expected. Positives is that it is new and the staff is kind. Bed is very comfortable. Nice restaurant. Negatives. 20 minute walk to the downtown attractions. Very small room. Basically a bed you can walk around. Mood lighting everywhere but this is their artistic choice. Loud DJ music until 1130pm on Friday you hear easily from the room. Weird signage. Large door says restaurant. Small door says Hotel Spa. I was looking for Hotel entrance. They said it's Hotel and Spa entrance after I passed it. Wanted coffee and a croissant for breakfast not their buffet and initially was turned away but a manger saw this and we gave it to us. Nice place. Not perfect though unless you like quirky.

Beautiful hotel with polite, friendly staff. Room was perfect and had three excellent nights sleep in a very comfortable bed. It's slightly outside of the main centre but there's a tram 10 minutes walk away so transport is available. A big plus was the size of the safe. Often in hotels the safe can be quite small but the room I stayed in had no problem accommodating a 15 inch laptop and camera equipment. Cannot recommend this hotel enough.

Mostly good but could improve two important things. Entrance is not intuitive and upon arrival I entered the building through the doors immediately after the gates - which happens to be the restaurant. The Morimoto restaurant staff must see this frequently but they don’t offer guidance despite many staff seemingly unoccupied. Too eco-conscious. They did not change towels left on the floor or replace toiletries when clearly empty.
