This is the best hotel in Boracay, my second time here. The food is good, check in is fast, rooms are big and the staff is just the best, from the restaurantto the house keeping, specially the front desk manager Madam Charizze which goes above and beyond to help. I have traveled the world and the staff in this hotel is one of the best.

I’m giving this place a 4 because we love the food at the restaurant. Our server Marty was excellent and anticipated all our needs. Marty took care of us during our last 2 days and wished we had him since the beginning. For the hotel itself, it was ok. We saw 2 roaches in the cabinet where the utensils were stored and 1 in the bathroom. Our rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. On the beach though, on the right side facing the beach where the chair lounges are located, the vendors were hangin out and was loud teasing each other. There is 1 vendor sitting at the big concrete block had his cell phone blaring with whatever he was watching. I don’t see the staff telling the vendors to be quiet and respectful to the guests.

very satistied with Henann Prime, location was perfect. Quiet and away from the hustle and bustle. Great breakfast buffet, too. Will consider staying here again if we get a chance to go to Boracay in the future.

Love this Hennan! It has an east wing which is roadside so easy access to trykes and getting to town via main road. They have a great breakfast buffet, a great beachfront area which is not crowded with swimmers.

Hennan Prime - beautiful Boracay Property
Beautiful Location, right on Station 1 White Beach. We had a 1st floor room with semi private pool. Very cozy and great on the Beach Side Bldg. Buffet was excellent and right on the beach. Staff were super friendly and helpful.

Absolutely beautiful hotel. The staff are welcoming and approachable. The services offered are impeccable. I had a pool side body massage that was wonderful. The masseuse was amazing and applied the perfect pressure. I was sad to leave. Definitely a hotel I would stay at again!

The property had some excellent staff, the music entertainment was good but under utilised. We did have an issue with a booking for a trip. But other staff provided an alternative.

Beautifully-kept property with a fantastic bfast Buffett. Staff was ALWAYS friendly, helpful and accommodating. They let me print a few important docs from their office w/o any question or unnecessary charge. The daily room service was always thorough and they never left us without clean towels. My family a I recently stayed at Henann Prime Beach in Boracay and had an overall fantastic experience. The resort boasts a prime location, just a short walk from the beautiful White Beach, making it easy to enjoy the island’s stunning scenery and vibrant atmosphere. The hotel grounds were always clean and well-maintained, which added to the relaxing vibe. One of the highlights of our stay was the buffet breakfast—there was an excellent variety of dishes, and everything was delicious. The staff also made a lasting impression; they were incredibly friendly, attentive, and genuinely eager to ensure we had a great time. The only downside was being charged for a broken pitcher of water … it’s great the hotel is sustainable and had pitchers for water dispensers… however, we wanted cold water due to the heat. The pitcher froze in the refrigerator. This felt a bit unnecessary given the overall service and pricing. However, this small issue didn’t overshadow the overall wonderful experience. I would highly recommend Henann Prime Beach for anyone looking to enjoy a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Boracay!
