They let me print a few important docs from their office w/o any question or unnecessary charge. The daily room service was always thorough and they never left us without clean towels. My family a I recently stayed at Henann Prime Beach in Boracay and had an overall fantastic experience. The resort boasts a prime location, just a short walk from the beautiful White Beach, making it easy to enjoy the island’s stunning scenery and vibrant atmosphere. The hotel grounds were always clean and well-maintained, which added to the relaxing vibe. One of the highlights of our stay was the buffet breakfast—there was an excellent variety of dishes, and everything was delicious. The staff also made a lasting impression; they were incredibly friendly, attentive, and genuinely eager to ensure we had a great time. The only downside was being charged for a broken pitcher of water … it’s great the hotel is sustainable and had pitchers for water dispensers… however, we wanted cold water due to the heat. The pitcher froze in the refrigerator. This felt a bit unnecessary given the overall service and pricing. However, this small issue didn’t overshadow the overall wonderful experience. I would highly recommend Henann Prime Beach for anyone looking to enjoy a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Boracay!

Wonderful experience
We had an excellent stay in this property, the direct pool access from our rooms were great. The only minor issue I had was one of the wooden window shutters did not hold and occasionally opened. The options at breakfast was good. Staff were courteous and friendly. Love that the beachfront isn’t too crowded. Would consider coming back to this property.

Hotel was awesome! We got the direct pool access on the beach side. Room was clean, modern, fairly quiet even though we were on the first floor. The food at the restaurant was delicious! The BEST truffle Caesar salad I’ve ever had…and I love me some Caesar salad. Paired with great live music singing with saxophone playing was perfect! Staff was amazing here! We made what we believe to be lifetime friends with wait staff Ryan, Jezrell & Nelson. They were at the restaurant every morning and night during our entire stay and delivered exceptional service!! We will definitely be back!! Thank you Henan Prime Beach Resort for a wonderful stay and a memorable experience for first timers to Boracay!!
