This was the second time staying at Crimson Boracay and once again, it exceeded my partner and I's expectations. The property's private beach is incredibly clean and beautiful. Spending days and swimming on the beach was one of the highlights during our visit. The resort itself is very well maintained, the suite was clean, and the bed was so comfortable. Food at each of the restaurants were very well prepared and tasty. We especially enjoyed the Mosaic restaurant as the food and service were top notch. All of the staff were at a high standard. They were consistently helpful, kind, and attentive. We are already looking forward to visiting again. Highly recommend Crimson Boracay!

Many of the streets were fenced with roofing materials and one came off. While we were strolling around the neighborhood my daughter almost hit her face with the sharp fence. The hotel itself was descent but the Boracay streets have lots of hazardous fencing and I also found broken glass on the beach!

Everything was amazing aside from housekeeping. It wasn't terrible, but there were several times during our stay when we left for 3-4 hours and our room wasn't serviced (we had the cleaning light turned on). Aside from that it was an exceptional stay.

Crimson is the best Resort I have ever been to.The staff was welcoming and always energetic to welcome you as you walked the property. Always willing to assist in any way they can or provide feedback or information that you might need. When I come back to visit Borocay I will stay here again. I saw who I suspect what the manager every moring at breakfast checking on things and assisting. I saw a staff member cleaning sand off the edge of the pool so as to keep the sand from getting into the pool even.

Their shuttle times are so limited which is shocking since they’re so far away from all the stations. Their gym time is only till 8. Had dinner at saffron and it was so plain. They upgraded us to the villa but it felt like a downgrade. Both my daughter and I had mosquitos bites because there was a crack at the door. I told the manager and all she can is she’s sorry. Also part of their vanity fell down and there were nails sticking out. Then, I had to bring up my billing because there were unknown charges. Eventually they corrected it so make sure to double check charges. Also, they failed to inform us additional charges like transportation tax fee in addition to the regular fee for the boat ride. They also charge in room service for a simple of requesting bottle water on top of the purchase price. I don’t know how this hotel gets a 5 star. Basically they are nickel and diming for everything. This hotel is overhyped. They pay actors to stay with them to attract customers to make it seem like you’re getting celebrity treatment.
