We made a great decision to stay at Ambassador. Located in Station 1, Beach front. Room is huge, bathroom is very spacious, ocean and pool view. Plenty of seating in the restaurant, beach beds are also available, first come first serve. Restaurant with Acoustic singers in the evening during our stay. Restaurant servers both during breakfast and evening are all helpful, we had encounters with Kent, Roy, Noel, Janeza, Adrian, Juvy, Hajie. Guard Jonathan is very helpful too. Thank you for making our first Boracay visit a comfortable, enjoyable and memorable!

The commitment of the whole staff at this hotel was amazing. We felt so welcome. The beach was the most amazing we had been on, even better than the Maldives. Would recommend it to anyone. The only spoiler was a 12 hour flight home..

Beautiful location on station one (quieter end). Direct beach access is awesome, staff were lovely. Rooms were spacious and clean. Kids loved the pool and beach. Only comments would be that restaurant is fairly expensive and meals/drinks were fine but there are really good options around D’mall (Station 2) for half the price. We also had an issue with the tour operator that the hotel booked us. The Ambassador staff were apologetic, but the process where the hotel take a booking deposit (which they must keep) then have you pay the operator the remainder, leaves guests vulnerable to the operator adding additional fees and just saying “oh! didn’t the hotel tell you about that”. Ambassador should manage the whole booking and pay the operator directly so the guest does not need to haggle with the operators, as it ruins the experience to be asked to pull more money out of your pocket while you’re snorkelling. It’s unfortunately typical for Boracay’s reputation. Beach tour vendors wouldn’t be much better… maybe try to book online with someone that looks reputable??? I’m not sure what the safest way to go is.

Fantastic location right on white sand beach and not far from D'Mall. Plenty of loungers to soak up the view. We loved the pool and live music every night Friendly and efficient staff who made our stay special Room was a little tired and lack of power points (and no international power points at all). Breakfast was a low point - both in quantity and quality.

We booked the family room with the ocean view. I do not recommend this room as the view will always be blocked by chair pillows and stacked chairs. Though the people/security guards are very nice to move it when asked, i feel that there should not be a need to ask since we paid extra for the view. Not a big deal but when we checked in, we are a family of five but towels was only good for 3 people. Another thing. Since our room is close to the ocean view, random people will be sitting on the table right outside our window. Very disappointed to see people smoking in front of room. We could smell the cigarette smoke smell inside our room. Food was a little on the expensive side but tasted good. We were given a foot massage for all the trouble but I think it would be better if they could preserve the area for the family room a little private. It was not relaxing to stay in the room. So we just try to enjoy the beach under the sun.

Our family stayed in the Junior Suites, and we loved it aside from the bathroom and the door lock that’s always broken. The bathroom floor gets always flooded every time we shower because of the poor floor design. The bathroom is always wet which I always end up cleaning after every shower so my family don’t slip, specially when you’re trying to get ready. The door was broken a couple of times which is very much of a hassle as we can’t get inside our room right away and there’s also a time when we just got back and found them working on our door lock with out our knowledge. Also, disappointed with the view of the room as I paid extra to get the beach view, but we only see the pool and the top of the coconut trees. Excellent service with the outstanding staffs all around the resort. If you want to stay in a place with an amazing service, with an over rated hotel rooms, this is the place to go. It was a good stay, but could’ve been better. The hotel needs improvement.

Had a wonderful stay here, staff were great and the location was convenient. Only annoying thing was they made us change rooms 2 nights before checking out to do maintenance. Could have waited till we checked out as the maintenance was not affecting our stay. Transfers from airport were convenient but very expensive.
