I have only one complaint: a terribly loud fan in the bathroom, and no way to turn it off without leaving the bathroom in darkness. Separate switches would be nice, but failing that, get a new, quiet fan. Otherwise, everything was perfectly adequate, well, except a rather strained breakfast. At least it was early.

While it was a bit farther away from our final destination, the hotel's value was great. We didn't have any issues and our room's bathroom was cleaned daily.

As expected. Building is old although furniture was nice enough. A few things could have been cleaner. Nothing deal breaking for me but enough to drop it to 4 stars. Continental breakfast wasn't great but it's nice to have that option. Would stay again if price was right. For a cheaper hotel in the area, I think it was a good value.

We have stayed at the relax inn many times. The thing I notice and because it is a pet peeve of mine. Is all of the stairs, rails and landings need to be pressure washed to remove the weathering that happens in a damp climate.

This is my go to hotel any time I'm up in the Brunswick area -- the rooms, while a basic room, are clean, the bed is comfortable, the staff is always very friendly. They have a little refrigerator and microwave in each room as well as a continental breakfast. For the price, it is one of the best deals I've found!

We chose this motel because the price was reasonable for a college family weekend. Other motels were overpriced. It was adequate for a two-night stay—bed comfortable enough and older bathroom clean. I wish the breakfast had included something with protein, as all offerings were high-carb and/or sweet. One criticism is that all fixtures were very high—for very tall people.

It was way too much money for the cheap motel that it was. Ive paid less for top tier downtown Chicago skyline on Wolf Point. This is beds from 1985 and a crappy "something went through the ceiling at one point and someone who has no idea what they are doing tried to remodel it" vibe. There was no temperature control and the room was about 78 degrees. There were no bugs. I'll give credit where credit is due. And they wore gloves when they restocked the continental breakfast. Which honestly was welcomed. My issue was the price. It should have been $89 not $180. Also- the prices advertised on Hotels.com are not the prices you end up paying. It's gotten as bad as Air Bnb with their "taxes and fees" which in the end are almost as much as the room itself. I'm not impressed with this roadside motel pretending to be the Holiday Inn or with Hotels.com

Stayed 2 nights. No complaints. Good continental breakfast, clean, well functioning room. Busy road, but manuverable. Walking distance to fun Irish Pub (O'Donoghue's). You've got to meet Patrick, pub owner.
