Wish we could have stayed longer
Such a fun experience especially if you love vintage architecture and unique things! Excellent friendly service, amazing breakfast, comfortable room. Really enjoyed the large claw foot tub in the Chemistry room and the game / reading room on the landing. Beautiful views out every window. Only put 4 stars b/c the mattress was extremely soft and the train came through several times during the night - fine if you’re a heavy sleeper. Ear plugs were provided. Would recommend and return!

Beautifully appointed, antiques everywhere. Comfy and clean. Friendly staff. I would recommend to travelers coming to the area. One thing, the heat was not controlled by me, so it was a bit cold in the early mornings before the heat kicked on. On the other hand, the brick mornings added to the unique "Pioneer" feeling. Amazing place! The family that runs it was just the best, very friendly and took us on a tour of the entire building. Pool and hot tub were nice amenities and helped me relax. Great dining options around. Would happily stay here again!
