Second stay in a year.. Front desk agent was cheeky when ask about upgrade..said they didn’t do that?? Restaurant and breakfast were outstanding... room was very nice, tear in the sheets was the only issue, it was quite large.. still a wonderful stay..might try a different property next time

Fabulous Hotel
Arriving at this hotel you are immediately greeted by the happy bellman. Check in was a breeze. Our room was A+++. High quality bed linens, immaculately cleaned and well appointed. Restaurant on premises was superb and beautiful. Short walk from train and downtown. If you come to Bologna this is the hotel to stay!

We reserved 2 rooms. Beds and linens were comfortable and service good. Property needs an overhaul and is looking aged. Spa was excellent and worth the extra expense from 5-9.
