I stayed at this hotel for a very short time, but I was incredibly impressed. Everything about it exudes nobility, elegance, and exceptional quality. The hotel truly feels like a royal palace. The staff were attentive, professional, and provided outstanding service. The food was excellent, and every detail reflected extraordinary refinement. I was extremely satisfied with my stay, and I would like to extend my heartfelt thanks to Cristian for his exceptional assistance. When I return to Bologna, this hotel will undoubtedly be my first choice.

Breakfast is incredible and makes this property a great value in a great location in Venice. TV in the room was very small, but we were not in Venice to watch TV. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it as a great location, amazing breakfast, and a tremendous value.

Location was great. Hotel was nice, one issue was the room temperature which was too hot and made sleeping difficult. The thermostat in the room didn’t work, and in mentioning it to staff was told they would take care of it. But the temperature did not change.

We stayed in one of the suites which had a very comfortable pull out sofa for our daughter. The room was spacious and charming. The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is located in the heart of Bologna with the sites, shopping and restaurants all within close walking distance.
