Our toilet seat was cracked and we had a plugged toilet but were given a new room. The hotel would benefit from updating, ie carpet in the elevators. Staff were very friendly and helpful and the breakfast above average. We did enjoy our stay.

You reserve a king but you get a queen. When you ask them they say no its a king but when you have been sleeping on a king for the past 13 years you know what a king size bed is.

The front desk staff were excellent and very friendly and the breakfast sandwiches were delicious but when you find bugs in the pull out couch mattress nothing else really matters unfortunately.
