The trash can in front over flowing—alerted staff-nothing done. Room tired and worn. AC not sufficient below 70. Bar a joke. $29 for 4 beers and no adequate receipt. Asked 3 times, no hair dryer. Not worth $135 per night. Really questionable patrons—perhaps prostitution is present.

The room we stayed in clearly had not been cleaned thoroughly. There was a bandage and dirt particles under the bathroom sink. The hallways did not looked like they had been vacuumed recently. The staff was friendly, but overall we were very disappointed with our stay due to the dirty conditions.

This was one of the worst places I've stayed in 50 yrs. Carpets are torn and patched with duck tape, toilet took three flushes to flush, breakfast potatoes and eggs were cold and inedible, bacon was nearly raw. One light in the room didn't work, there were no waste cans in the room, the tv had no signal, need I say anything more?

When I got there I was concerned about the safety of the area. Second, the sink faucet did not have hot water. Had to move rooms as the noise next door was not acceptable. Bed was comfortable and clean. Elevator worked. Sketchy people in and around the hotel. Probably would not stay there again.

Didn't meet expectations, but not a bad stay

I expected to have a trash bin in the room, but there was none. I expected tub fixtures to be fully operational, but the drain cover was loose. I expected drawers to be clean inside and out, but there was dust, etc. (Floors and counter surfaces were clean as expected! Linens seemed clean too.) I expected furniture to be in good condition, but my room's desk chair was well-worn. I expected a complimentary breakfast, but they offer one for $7. I expected a working hot tub or pool, but both were closed. Check-in staff were very friendly!

The room sliding glass door had a Metro of thick cobwebs all across the top of it as well as steam messages in the bathroom mirror which shows they dont clean as well as old food flakes and stuff still in the fridge of the room. The bed sheets felt clean but that was about it. Service was fine.

90F plus day and A/C did not have a knob to turn, staff was O well. TV did not talk to remote and remote did not talk to sensor, I was told so no TV. Tape all over the hallway. Overall, not a good representing of the Red Lion chain of hotels. I asked the change rooms, but they would fix things. Not during my stay. I would get refund but prepaid so don't think that will happen, sadly overall bad. The 'dog' area was wet every time I took the dogs out. sprinkler must be going several times a day, high grass and no poopbags in holder. Can not recommend staying her with or without dogs.

There was garbage in the hallway for two days and a huge pile of laundry that sat outside for two days as well. Our AC was broken they brought the guy in to fix it but it didn’t get fixed. Even though they said it did. So it was hot, stuffy, full of garbage and laundry in the hallways, and was told i would be refunded but now they are not answering my calls or just putting me on hold forever and not answering Expedia when they call either.

Disgusting

The room was absolutely disgusting. The bathroom was horrible. The sink was all cracked. The floor was dirty and there was dust everywhere. The air conditioner hardly worked and I couldn’t turn it down because they had it locked and it was 98° out. Never stay there again.

Our suite was over 80 degrees upon arrival. After leaving and returning hours later it had increased in temperature even though the staff instructed us to close the windows and turn on fans. We ended up down grading to a regular room instead of a suite because it was unbearable without compensation

More cons than pros. Won’t be back.

Pros: beds and bedding and towels were wonderful. The ombré sunset curtains were so beautiful! The coffee maker was perfect. The price was good. The balcony and Mountain View was refreshing. The unique shower tiles were lovely and unique. Cons: Luggage carts are rarely put away and staff are not required to find them. The temperature cannot be changed inside the rooms. The bathroom fan didn’t work and the ceiling paint in the shower is peeling. The bathroom door hinges are covered in rust. The towel holder is coming off the wall. There was pet hair on the chairs. Pets are allowed and allowed to bark at any hour. The sliding glass doors do not lock properly. The ceiling has a stain from a past leak. The vent and fan are covered in dust. There was bar soap scum in multiple colors in the shower tray that was up higher.

Very rundown, none of the exit doors work to let you back in, mysterious gummy brown substance on the floor by the bed, pubes in the bathroom and a fresh glob of respiratory excretion in the middle of the hallway floor carpet - there when I got to the hotel and still visible when I left 7 hrs later. There were cobwebs in the window and no pull for the tub to shower converter thing. Super disappointing stay, especially for a Red Lion.

Kai was a wonderful front desk attendant. Friendly and check us in and out and worked with us on needing an extra cot and our breakfast added to our room total. Breakfast for $7 per person we wouldn’t do again. Both Friday and Saturday mornings there wasn’t anything left to choose from for warm food. Coffee pot and both juice canisters empty Saturday mornings. Body wash small tube was empty when we arrived. Pool has been under construction for a year. Kids were bummed about that.

Hotel of deception

Floor 2 looks like the movie the shining, the carpets are held together by duck tape, doors have chunks missing from them, THE AC didn’t work in my room, the bathroom fan didn’t work in my room, the bathroom light never shut off, the TV channels had to be changed at the tv itself, the pool looked like a swamp day one. The hot tub overflowed and didn’t drain from the surface outside so that made a slipping hazard from pooling up, the pool area clearly wasn’t sprayed and cleaned. The strip club across the street should be able to be seen for the 11 year old boys baseball team I coach for all 14 of them to see since we had our whole team stay. To top it off we heard a rumor that the second floor is housed for homeless people to stay in during the winter. So love that I have to pay for how they treat the hotel. Do not stay here.
