The room wasn't very clean. Balcony has cobwebs all over even inside room. Light in shower was gross and didn't work. Didn't look like it had been swept in the corners, lots of dust bunnies and crunbs. Breakfast( which we paid for) area was dirty and breakfast was pitiful. Over cooked eggs, over cooked potatoes, all luke warm. We were there 5 days and the elevator had the same dirty floor for 4 of them. Even when mopped( kinda) the corners still had dirt in them. Desk person spent ALOT of time outside smoking while people are waiting for help. Even though we asked for clean towels to be put in our room evey night we had to go to the desk to ask for clean towels. This hotel is in desperate need of new furniture , ice machines, a good deep clean, a decent breakfast and ocer all upgrades. Not a secure building, side door that says it is locked 24 hrs a day was never locked. So many other things.......

Definitely an older building, which I can deal with. But the toilet in my room was not cleaned with pee stains still on the bowl from the last person. Pretty gross and wall and doors allow everything to be heard. But the rate was cheap and that is what I got.

I wasn’t expecting to get any view of anything but we got a nice view of downtown Boise. The lobby was nice and clean, not the most friendly attendant last night she was very short. Rooms weren't terrible the bed was super comfy very clean but the hallways and the stairs are very outdated, bathroom didn’t have any hand soap and wasn’t very clean.

There wasn't anywhere to eat close by. It was hard to find help at the desk. The rooms needed a little updating. Sinks leaked, toilet didn't work, lamp broke...but the staff did come fix the toilet.

Win't stop there again.
The hotel is run down and absolutely in a run down state. The personnel were friendly and helpful. The foyer looks good and clean. The bar area is old and doesn't look good. The hotel upstairs looks horrible. The carpets are so diety. The room was clean. The bed was clean. Wooden floors in the room made it better. No dirty carpets. The towels were clean and enough. Would I stop there again? No I wouldn't.

Our sheets had small blood stains on them. There was a dirty toilet in our room and overall the whole place was outdated. Our room didn't heat or cool. Pretty atrocious stay.

It should be said that this property is also a homeless shelter. Why not say that on your listening? We were traveling with kids and would have chosen to stay somewhere else had we known this. When we pulled up there was a person obviously on drugs walking around the front picking up used cigarettes. We tried canceling our reservation prior to check in and the manager would not get back to us. They still have not gotten back to us and now we will be out $150 but we didn’t feel good about leaving our vehicle there with things in it as we are traveling right now. We saw the condition and the location and knew we wouldn’t stay there and tried canceling prior to check in but the manager has been unreachable and they are the only one to allow a refund.
