This hotel was super clean and has a lot of space in the rooms. The modernness of the rooms were very nice! There was just a couple things we wished were different: the toilet was really low to the ground, with no bar to help get up and down. The bed was on the hard side. Maybe a matress topper. The shower floor was so slippery we even bought a suction cup slip proof mat at the Walmart across the street. It still slipped in the tub. Tub had no bar either. Two of the desk clerks were very friendly and helpful! One lady was not.

We love staying here for events at the Ford Idaho Center. It’s such a convenient walk and the front staff are always so welcoming and kind. The rooms clean and bed is comfortable.

It was a great experience, but it is next to the Ford venue, so don't expect it to be too quiet during days when there are concerts. Still, it was a really fun stay.

Perfect for me and my dog!

Traveling with my dog isn't always easy so it was really thoughtful that they put me on the ground floor at the end of the hall near an exit and grass. It made taking her out so much easier and hassle free. It was a great experience!

Very clean and comfortable rooms. Front desk gal was very professional and efficient, as well as very personable. We checked in at a busy time, but she maintained her calm, friendly attitude throughout the process. Very convenient place to stay for Ford Idaho Center events.
