One of the best hotels we’ve stayed in! Staff was great and had every detail covered, including bags of prepackaged ice on every floor. Complimentary beer or wine at checkin and free water bottles, sodas and snacks for the whole stay. Plus a great restaurant on site. Beautiful park/zoo right behind the hotel with an incredible Anne Frank memorial that is a must see for anyone visiting Boise We will stay here again next time in town!

Our stay was just okay. When we arrived, the front entrance was blocked off, and we could not access the valet, which is the only parking available at the hotel. We had to stop on the street, and my pregnant daughter had to go in and ask for help. When we finally found out what we needed to do to park and get inside to register, I felt we were treated as insignificant and a burden. It looked like they had other events and were not concerned with their incoming hotel guests..
