We were shopping for a place to stay that was convenient and reasonably priced with decent reviews. This location checked our boxes, however upon arriving and unloading my 4 yr old and our dog, we quickly noticed two empty 22oz beer cans- one on the ground and the other caught up in the bush next to the van. That was not a big deal until we saw a used needle right next to the cans. This was pretty amazing, but we kept moving on. The room was fine upon a quick glance, but 1982 called and wanted their motel room back. To be fair, the place is currently being remodeled, so that is a plus. The carpets are stained beyond repair, there's a big tear in the carpet, the tub was dirty enough to not allow my daughter to bath. The water came out a shade of brown right when we turned it on, and the shower made a quick swamp of the whole bathroom floor because one cannot adjust the water stream. The beds where so soft and I assume old, that it felt like sleeping in a soft spoon. Again, this room was 70 bucks, but the 25 dollars they charged for the dog was a rip off because a dog could not do any damage to this room or the property. It would be rather impossible.sorry for such a harsh review, but it's all true.

Employees are always friendly, breakfast it great. The room was clean. The ice machine wasn’t working, but that was just a minor inconvenience. They’re remodeling, but I didn’t see any construction crews. I did hear them during the day. Again, not a big deal.

got a "dog room" - same price as other double rooms, except this one was not renovated, had white duck tape on curtains, heating was not working, laminate and floors have never been washed, white tub towel ended up with black dirt marks, laminate floor was also scratched and had a drink stain, coffee maker was filthy, water came through yellow, water in dirty tub did not go down until off. Supposedly this was the front desk girl's favorite room. my dog was cleaner than that room. (forgot to take the duck tape photos)
