This is a go-to for us when we're in Boise. We like the room comfort (including a throw blanket provided in the end table cubby for the sofa), the modern decor, the cleanliness, the soft linens, the convenience to so many good restaurants and the abundance of free parking. This time around, we also made use of the outside heated seating area--true, it's just off the parking lot, but it was a nice place to end the evening. We'll be back!

Great hotel located in the perfect spot in downtown Boise. Parked at hotel and walked or biked everywhere. Very clean, great breakfast, and allowed us to have a late check out. Definitely recommend Hyatt Place Boise! Boise is so fun, clean, safe, and vibrant. Had a blast!

Our stay was AMAZING!! The room was clean and environment exceptional. However, we do have one complaint. We had had an issue with our reservations that night and booked last minute. The guy at the front desk was very professional with those who had reservations, but not with us. He loudly announced that our room was last minute, not ready and that "we put people like them on the top floor in whatever is left". Thank you addressing this. We probably paid MORE than those who booked in advance.

Loved that this property is pet friendly. Also the staff was very kind and helpful. Loved that there is also a restaurant and lounge in the event you don't want to venture too far and relax. This location was spot on to a small park for our fur baby and walkable to other restaurants and amenities.
