I checked in and my room was 80 degrees. You can't set the thermostat to a temp, you have to choose heat or cool so you have to switch it between day and night time. The AC is super loud so every time it kicked on it woke me up. The view out the window was of an office building 100 feet away. Parking will add another $15 per night (not disclosed). The restaurant closes at 11:00 and doesn't open again until 5:00 and there aren't any restaurants within comfortable walking distance. Overall I would not stay here again. There are much better options for the price.

It was clean and easy to get to. We did have to pay extra for parking, but it was a nice safe parking garage out of the weather. The staff was helpful. It was a good place to stay in downtown.

The property was convenient and the kitchen staff was lovely. The fridge didn’t work. We lost all the food we brought with us and even after telling them, the offered to replace the fridge but not the food. The floors in the bathroom weren’t clean even after the cleaning staff came by and they didn’t leave extra toilet paper. The next day no cleaning service showed up and when I went to get toilet paper from the front desk the lady was rude. We were on the ground floor and someone knocked on our room window. They charge for parking and breakfast which are hidden fees. I could have stayed somewhere else with a complimentary breakfast and free parking for less money but didn’t because I thought Hilton was synonymous with quality and did not see the extra fees. I will not stay here again.
